One to one training
Personal Training designed especially for you. Set realistic and achievable fitness goals and work a training plan specific to those goals and your circumstances. Various measurements and Fitness tests so that your progress is measurable. Diet analysis and help towards a better more healthy and nutritious life plan.
Small group sessions
Similar to the one to one training but done in small groups with people of similar goals, ie fat loss (max 4). The training sessions are the same for each person in the group. Upside? Training with friends can help with motivation and achievement of your goals. Downside? Not as specific as one to one and not as much time spent directly with one person. Good if your budget won’t stretch to the one to one option.

its fast paced walking with bodyweight exercises and a little bit of either shuttle runs or 60 step climbers. Really good starter session with lots of room for progressions as people get fitter. £3 per session
Pram Push exercise sessions
its fast paced walking but pushing your pram! Add in bodyweight exercises and a little bit of either shuttle runs or 60 step climbers (no pram pushing on this bit). Really good starter session with lots of room for progressions as people get fitter. £3 per session
Circuit training for all the family. Bodyweight circuit session for all the family. Best part? Kids under 11 are free! (At least 1 parent must be taking part).
Indoor or outdoor training
All one to one and group sessions can be run indoors or outdoors. Circuits can be indoors or outdoors weather dependant.
Do you have specific health problems? With your Doctors approval and referral we can help you with managing and sometimes even reversing certain conditions. Lifestyle changes and a specific exercise programme can be tailored to your needs. Fully measurable with progress reports given to your doctor. Issues we cover are – Hypertension, Hypercholesterolaemia, Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), Asthma, Obesity, Diabetes, Osteoarthritis and Rheumatoid arthritis, Osteoporosis, Non-specific back pain, Total joint replacement, Depression, Anxiety and Stress.
Finding that the stresses and strains of training and everyday life are making your muscles feel tight and sore? Training for something specific and need to make sure you are doing everything you can to be in the best shape possible? Do you have muscle dis-function and this is hindering your training plans? Through our consultation process and various test we can detect and offer a treatment plan to deal with most non injury related issues. Regular massage when you are in training can aid muscle repair, help to prevent injury and will flush out harmful toxins. Deep tissue massage can really help to make a difference to performance.
